And help Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta by bringing donations of non-perishable food , especially: PROTEINS: Canned tuna or salmon: packed in water (not oil). Canned beans. Dried beans and lentils.
Peanut butter and other nut butters. Nuts and seeds.
WHOLE GRAINS: Brown rice. Whole grain cereals and crackers. Oats and instant oatmeal.
Whole wheat or brown rice pastas.
FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: Canned vegetables. Canned fruit. Raisins and other dried fruits. Canned soups.
Donated items do not need to be Kosher. No glass jars, please.
