Atlanta Party Connection does not collect any personally identifiable information that you do not expressly provide. Shelly’s Special Requests will be shared only with the particular vendor in which you are interested.  We will never sell your personal information.  APC may share your personal information for the purpose of delivering our e-mail to you or as required by law.

APC may collect aggregated information about subscribers’ use of our site. This information is not personally identifiable and will only be used to find out how subscribers use our service and site.

Unsubscribe Info:

If we ever send you information by e-mail concerning new products or services that you did not expressly request, we will provide you with an e-mail address by which you may request no future notices.

APC has links allowing you to access third party sites. APC is not responsible for the content that appears on those sites.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received at least one month before the start of the event. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (shelly@atlantapartyconnection.com). No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive any distributed materials.
